  • What are the services offered by CoinRDP?
  • CoinRDP offers NL 2Gbps Regular RDP, NL 2Gbps Encoding RDP, NL 2Gbps Admin Access RDP and NL 10Gbps Regular RDP.
  • Why don't you sell 1Gbps RDP services?
  • CoinRDP believes 1Gbps RDP do not hold good in this age anymore. With Fiber connections catching up across the world, household internet speeds have increased manifold from 2 Mbps in 2011 to a minimum of 25Mbps in 2017 (minimum speeds for household broadband as defined by US Govt.). There are lot of connections offering speeds up to 10 Gbps!
  • What payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept payments via some major Crypto Currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, DASH, Monero, LiteCoin and Ripple. We also accept PayPal, Payza, WebMoney, PerfectMoney, Skrill, PayTM, UPI and Indian Bank Transfers.
  • What is the set-up time?
  • If you have paid using crypto-currencies, there might be a time lag before your payment is confirmed by the Blockchain network of the coin used. Once payment is confirmed by the network we will take anywhere between 0 to 24 hours to set-up your RDP Account; most of the set-ups are done within 4 hours of payment confirmation.
  • How often do you reboot the servers?
  • While we do not lik rebooting servers since it leads to downtime, loss of work etc. we usually perform anti-virus / malware checks on a fortnightly (15 Days once) basis to ensure the security of our servers and user data / accounts. If our scanners detect any issues, we might need to reboot the servers in order to remove these issues. Also, in cases where servers are stuck due to user abuse / network issue / hardware issues a reboot will be required to bring the server online for normal usage.
  • How do I get support related to my account or server?
  • Raising a support request is very easy, just login to the Client Area with your login credentials and click on Submit Ticket option. Select the appropriate department basis the support you need; we will try our best to answer tickets within 24 hours, our average first response time is 4 hours.
  • Is Technical Support provided on Skype?
  • Yes, you can add us on Skype for both Technical, Billing and Pre-Sales support; we are happy to serve you.
  • What are the list of activities banned on your servers?
  • Please read our Terms of Service to know the list of banned activities / scripts. If you are not sure about an activity / script, please check with us first via Ticket / Skype.
  • Can I install an application on my RDP Account?
  • Only users with Admin Access RDP have the ability to install / uninstall applications by their own. Any other installation requests must be directed via a support request; we will oblige as long as the application is allowed to run on our servers.
  • Do you allow Portable Applications?
  • Portable applications like uTorrent etc. are allowed as long as the application is not in our 'Not Allowed on Server' list. Some of the 'Not Allowed on Server' applications are Mining Applications, DDoS Tools, Hacking Tools, Encoding Apps (on non-encode servers), Cracking Tools etc.
  • Do you keep back-up of my data?
  • No, we do not keep a back-up copy of your data unless requested via a ticket (extra charge service). Hence, please take regular back-up of your data; we are not responsible to provide you with data back-ups in case of OS Crash, HDD Crash, Hacked Accounts etc.
  • When will 10Gbps RDP be available?
  • As the cost of 10Gbps servers are high, we would first like to prioritize the other services. However, you are free to write to us in case you are interested in buying this service; we will contact you once we are ready to offer it.
  • Do you charge any set-up fees?
  • We do not charge anything extra to set-up your account, it is absolutely free. However, since we accept a wide variety of crypto-currencies we charge a 10% Payment Processing Fee on all your invoices to cover the network fees, conversion fees and cover the risk against loss of value of a coin. While 10% may seem high to you, this is standard across all RDP providers.
  • What is the uptime provided?
  • We aim at a 99.99% server uptime all the time.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my services?
  • Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your services any time you wish; we will not charge extra to move your data from one service to another. Your invoice will be adjusted basis the difference between current service price and future service price.
