Your rights as a Customer
We believe in freedom of choice, however, in order to ensure high quality services we require you to use a valid e-mail address when signing up with us. Temporary e-mails are convenient but there is always a risk of loss of e-mail address - we do not encourage users to sign up with temporary e-mails.
If required, CoinRDP may ask you to update valid details on your profile and request verification - these are rare instances.
None of your personally identifiable data is shared with outside parties except with payment processors and e-mail subscription services (MailChimp) who would require this data and have explicit measures in place to safeguard them. If in doubt, please contact us via Sales Ticket.
We use high security encryption technology to ensure all customer data stored on our servers are safe.
IP Address Logging
Please note that our billing software is configured to log your IP (Internet Protocol) address all the while you are logged into your client area. We also log IP (Internet Protocol) address in all our order forms to prevent frauds and protect ourselves from unnecessary hassles. We may track and maintain the logs of your usage pattern on our website to compare statistics and plan on future actions.
Data Sharing with Law Enforcement Agencies
We would hand over your personal details to law enforcement authorities if it is legally requested by a court of law. The customer will be intimated in such cases.
We will voluntarily share all data related to you with appropriate law enforcement agencies if found indulging in Child Porn, Drug Abuse or Terrorism related activities.
